Yeah, it's the media ...

If anyone asks me about Comcast’s Customer Service I tell them it sucks.
Not because of any media report, but because of what I’ve personally had to deal with.
I really have no complaints about the service when things are working, but trying to get something fixed is a joke.
The worst was when I was told the tech was just finishing at the call scheduled prior to mine and would be on his way in a few minutes. I waited ON MY FRONT PORCH for 30 minutes. Nobody showed. When I called back I was told “That call’s been closed. He said it was fixed”. Lying scum.
