It's not the ISPs fault that few women are entering technical fields.

If the majority of job applicants are male, then the majority of hires are going to be male too. Sitting down in compsci classes at school makes it obvious that it's still a male-dominated field; the interest is apparently just not there for women, for whatever reason.
