Grow up...

The fact is if you have enough people who know what they are doing you can pretty much "hack" into anything, everyone who is complaining about comcast service needs to get a life, I have their service and have had one down time the ENTIRE time Ive had their service (well over 3 years) majority of the problems people experience with their service in "most" cases are found to be user error, computer settings, loose/degrading wiring or bad cheap KMart splitters, people who have no idea how to use/setup routers etc. Their stupidity is always someone elses fault.

Regardless, all ISP's have their "horror" stories, and in reference to someone saying that comcast told them their lines were cut, there were three news reported incidents of vandals cutting over 30 fiber optic lines, again that must be comcasts fault right? no. The point is hackers are the same as vandals, except they do it electronically. I hope they get caught and charged.
