Not many New Wave customers, apparently

New Wave bought out my previous cable company, Suddenlink, about a year ago. Service has improved greatly since then, though we're still sadly lacking in the speeds and features offered by the larger ISPs. A lot of upgrades are being promised, however, so we'll see how it goes.
