I have setup a Gmail account (which is fully SSL encrypted) to fetch my personal email from my home ISP (Cox HSI). I do that while traveling. The screen shot details how I have Gmail setup to do that. The nice thing about this is I can access my email securely from anywhere via a web browser and reply with my normal ISP email address.
Mail from my Cox HSI account is labeled as such in the Inbox using the Label functionality.
Perhaps Yahoo has similar functionality.
