kudos:1 | contractors not employees definitely sad to hear but if your company grew and you havent had the opportunity to hire the necessary field techs to maintain the subscribers, you may have to get contractors instead of making the subscribers suffer on tech visits and/or response times. not Comcast fault that individuals, who are not even technically "Comcast employees," acted in this manner.
