Tighter leash

Seems like Comcast needs to put a tighter leash on there contractors. Wonder if Comcast requires there contractors to go through the same background checks like new employees have to go through.

IDK about there, but over here in LA, most of the subcontract CATV and satellite installers look like illegal aliens or just got out of prison. They speak no english and have to call in for a translator.
