<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1421736"><b>asaw2513</b></A> : IX.&#9;Market Specific Information <br><br>Phoenix, AZ CDMA Traffic Migration<br>Between Tuesday, June 3, 2008, and Saturday, June 14, 2008, Alltel will migrate all digital CDMA traffic from the Motorola - EMX switches to the Phoenix Nortel P-MSC switch. All Analog traffic will remain on the Motorola - EMX switches. <br><br>This migration will cause Customers to be unable to place or receive calls on Alltel&#146;s network or on our partners&#146; network for up to 2 &frac12; hours each night (6/3/08 - 6/14/08) between 1a.m. and 6:00a.m. (CDT). This means that some Customers could experience a full outage during these migration periods.<br> <br>All subscriber records will remain in the SDHLR (eSM) switch. Tech Support will continue to view/access these subscribers&#146; records in the SDHLR (eSM) switch.  <br><br>3-Way Calling Change and Set-up Procedure <br>The 3-way calling feature will change for these subscribers. These Customers will now have to:<br>&#149;&#9;Press the flash/send key <br>&#149;&#9;Dial the 3rd party<br>&#149;&#9;Press the flash/send key again to dial the number <br>&#149;&#9;Once the 3rd party answers, the subscriber must press the flash/send key again to bring everyone together. <br><br>Previously, the Customer would dial the 3rd party number, press the flash/send key, and after the 3rd party answered, press flash/send key again to bring everyone together. <br><br>Scheduled Migration Events<br>The maintenance window for all of these events is 1:01a.m. - 6:00a.m. (CDT).<br><br>Week 1 - PH4 - Pre-work begins@ 1 AM (CDT) and outage begins @ 2 AM (CDT)<br>&#149;&#9;Tuesday, June 3, 2008 - Swing/Test/Rollback of CBSC (Central Base Switching Center) 2 during maintenance window <br>&#149;&#9;Wednesday, June 4, 2008 - Swing/Test/Rollback of CBSC 4 during maintenance window <br>&#149;&#9;Thursday, June 5, 2008 - Swing/Test/Rollback of CBSC 7 during maintenance window<br>&#149;&#9;Saturday, June 7, 2008 - All 3 CBSCs on PH4 will be cut in the following order: 2, 4, and 7 during the maintenance window<br><br>Week 2 - PH5 - Pre-work begins@ 1 AM (CDT) and outage begins @ 2 AM (CDT)<br>&#149;&#9;Sunday, June 8, 2008 - Swing/Test/Rollback of CBSC 8 during maintenance window <br>&#149;&#9;Monday, June 9, 2008 - Swing/Test/Rollback of CBSC 9 during maintenance window <br>&#149;&#9;Saturday, June 14, 2008 - Both CBSCs on PH5 will be cut in the following order: 8 and 9 during the maintenance window<br><br>Week 2 &#150; PH3 - Pre-work begins@ 1 AM (CDT) and outage begins @ 2 AM (CDT)<br><br>&#149;&#9;Tuesday, June 10, 2008 - Swing/Test/Rollback of CBSC 3 during maintenance window <br>&#149;&#9;Wednesday, June 11, 2008 - Swing/Test/Rollback of CBSC 5 during maintenance window <br>&#149;&#9;Thursday, June 12, 2008 - Swing/Test/Rollback of CBSC 6 during maintenance window <br>&#149;&#9;Saturday, June 14, 2008 - All 3 CBSCs on PH3 will be cut in the following order: 3, 5, and 6 during the maintenance window]]></description>
