|  Too costly- fastest growing area in USA
I pay $60 with Broadband service only. High competition with Qwest in my very complex. I am promised 5000/256 but grab typically 7000/450 easily, even peak times.
The problem is a community that has literally sprung from desert and old farmland Southeast of Phoenix. Besides the repop of new orleans, this area is fastest growing in the country, and is causing outages due to extensive neighborhood development.
Service has always been fine except the incompetent phone-techs, who are 5th-grade-level idiots. Cox serves Phoenix proper and holds the major share of the market by far. But my experience was awful with Cox, I have been a Mediacom subscriber now since 2004.
The super Broadband is available-but I am smoking my line as it is. I RECOMMEND USING THE FREE RWIN TOOL FOR XP!!!
