Hack

Dont get me started on shitty service. Comcast actually withdrew 245.00 out of my bank account without my concent. When I found out my account was overdrawn I called the asses and pretty much didn't care. I was told that I was on auto pay end of subject. Now I have to get my bank involved so this mess can be investigated and cleared up. Still today they keep telking me that I set this up and its not there issue. This is the treatment I recieve for being a customer since 1999. Thanks glad you appreciate our business...

Comcast has been begging me to pay them 2 months in advanced since march.

I called em and told them they only getting paid one month, when I get service they get money.

I only pay by check, so I control how much they can have in any given month, and when they screw around I'll let em have it for every penny.

Comcast is shitty service, but its also a monopoly in most areas... They deserve everything that happens to them.
