I can almost bet my last dollar that these three so called "men" are stunned that they are in trouble for this. They were no doubt brought up believing that other creatures are here for nothing more than their twisted amusement. -- 11,172 DEADLY TERROR ATTACKS SINCE 9/11~~TEAM DISCOVERY Can't feel you anymore, don't need you anymore, don't believe you anymore, I don't need you anymore

 | It's right up there with the so called "normal people" who think you should get the death penalty, etc for killing a cat.
What is next from the obviously dysfunctional tree hugger types? Felony hit and run charged for running over a squirrel and not stopping? Hitting a butterfly will bring about involuntary manslaughter charge? Killing a steer to butcher it will bring premeditated murder charges?
Did you call the ACLU to represent the cat? I am sure it must have been species discrimination.
Wacky tree huggers.. |

I'm far from " wacky tree hugger". Hell, I'm probably more conservative than you, but this "mere and minor act" *being sarcastic here* is utterly wrong.
If I was the judge...I'd give them the following :
1. 2 months in jail. 2. when released , have them work in a shelter. 3. and to hit 'em where it hurts, fine them heavily. -- "They moved my desk 4 times already this year and I used to be over by the window and I could see the squirrels and they were married, but then they moved my desk and they switched from the Swingline to the Boston stapler. |

Until then any cat found wandering outside is considered feral. Feral cats kill and wound birds, rabbits, etc. Do the birds and rabbits have any rights under your wacky ideals? My bet is they don't because they are just a simple animal. Quit humanizing pets.. |

ohh, because not having a trivial piece of paper issued by the city gives you the right to abuse/kill animals?
And you ask if birds and rabbits have rights. Well, let's see you go out on the street in broad daylight pick up a bunny and twist it's neck for no reason and lets see the humane society does to you? You obviously have never heard of animal abuse laws. These laws do not just extend to domesticated animals.
I get the feeling that you are one of those that think that Michael Vick had every right to mutilate and kill his dogs.
And of course a cat or dog isnt a human, but do you need to stoop to the level of scum and harm them? -- Religion does three things quite effectively: Divides people, Controls people, Deludes people. |

Feral cats kill and wound birds, rabbits, etc. Feral cats or any un-wanted animal should be properly killed. Properly killing an unwanted animal and torturing it for the derivement of twisted pleasure are two completely different things. Torture is the wanton and needless indulgence of pleasure at the extreme expense of a helpless victim, and carries no degree of justification. Like RAPE, animal torture deserves only the death penalty. |

Funny, you hear about licensed dogs that require leashes to be outdoors escaping their pens and maiming and killing people.
