Yep, my server is currently off-line. I'm a customer from the old "Rackshack" days, so naturally mine is in that datacenter. What's really crazy is that just one week ago, my server went off-line because the power-supply burned out. That was the first failure in two years.

I've only been a customer for 3 months.

I'm not too worried, since they said the servers aren't damaged.
