Same here. Windows XP Pro SP3 with Norton 360v2 on THREE SEPARATE MACHINES. 2 laptops and one desktop. Hang on shutdown, accumulation of excel processes. Spoke with Norton who fiddled with things remotely - made no discernable difference. NOTE TO SYMANTEC - FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!
