DSL disconnects after telephone intercom installed.

Recently we've had a telephone intercom installed in the building I live in, and each time someone rings my door bell, my DSL modem loses sync. I've never had this problem before, and have filters properly installed. Anyone know why this is happening?

Also, would FiOS solve this issue (don't have it in my area till fall)?

Erial, NJ		 Call Verizon and have them send someone out. They will most likely need to install an additional filter on the intercom.
