Good lord! There are some forums here that wouldn't have any postings or content at all if it weren't for insults/catty comments/disagreeability/double entendre, or "pot shots". Since few, if any, people post under their real names, slander (or libel) would not be an issue. Some folks are just wa-a-a-ay too thin-skinned. That's the beauty of the system... if you don't like it, you don't have to read it. America... the land of choice, and the freedom to exercise same.

These statements whether true or not are not Slander or Libel, they are in fact opinion. You can not sue for slander for someones opinion. |
