| Re: Static IP addresses The static IP addresses should be fixed per the LDAP system and partially on the hardware in the area. Your 6 IP addresses will be using normal subnetting information. Or, at the very least it will not be like the Single Static that I have, where your subnet mask will be 255.255.255.255. Your first three should be the 255s but the last should differ. Any router should be able to handle this. But I have a general disdane against Netopia, it was the first dsl modem I had, and it wasn't very good either. I would double check with their Internet Help Desk about the subnetmask. Otherwise, I used a Linux box as a router once... pretty stable  |
