I know the definition. Here is the important part: untruthful.
Also, If I state, "You are a complete tool". That is opinion. If I state, "Damn, you write like a complete retard." Again, opinion.
These statements whether true or not are not Slander or Libel, they are in fact opinion. You can not sue for slander for someones opinion. |

Since few, if any, people post under their real names, slander (or libel) would not be an issue. Some folks are just wa-a-a-ay too thin-skinned.
