Re: Why?

Sounds a bit familiar lol but I understand why I was switched back I just don't understand why so many people (included a couple of local techs) though the package was available when it wasn't...o-well ya live and learn I suppose.

yes dsldude, the profile DID finally get upgraded. thanks VERY much for your help and immediate attention! Its a shame it took so long, but it has been changed and I a thankful. Below are my stats. A speed test at this time of evening due to the fight for bandwidth in my area (which they are supposed to be fixing) is pretty much useless as my d/l only hit 1000, but the upload DID show the difference of the new profile hitting 260. I will test early in the morning before I leave and post the results. Thanks again.

Line State Up
Modulation ANSI

Downstream Upstream

SN Margin (dB) 31.00 25.00
Line Attenuation (dB) 29.50 15.50
CRC Errors 0 17

I am glad to hear that. Only one more problem to fix then and that is well aware of. Missouri has a lot of bandwidth issues it seems due to the huge growth that the state is experiencing, it can be hard to keep up with, but it will be fixed. Thanks!
