yeah, my ISP does it. As soon as i have 1 GB left, i get slowed down to 10-20 kb/sec... really lame

@rogers.com		 Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't VDN - a Bell company? In that case, your experience is hardly surprising...

@vdn.ca		 you're right, VDN is a division of Bell, but they offer cable service which is 100% unthrottled. I still get over 600-700 kb/s on my torrents during peak hours.

VDN only provides big buildings with this type of service...
