speed problem.... been a week already

Ganker join:2001-07-18 San Jose, CA	speed problem.... been a week already well ELK cant seem to fix it fast enought last week i was at 300/290 opend a trouble ticket after hour on phone with useless support Today speed went up to 650/100 can anyone help me out to check whats going on? Thanks TONY trouble ticket #1225385 im seriously about to leave ELK 49.99 a month and i get crappy speeds

Since then, there has not been anyway that anyone can get assistance with trouble tickets since no one here has access.
