Net Gear WNR3500

I want to replace my Linksys DSL/Router BEFSR41 and my WAP54G AP with the WNR3500. Has anyone had any problems with installation (good or bad) and connection to Cablevisions Internet/OptimumVoice. I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions. thanks in advance.
