Bell_Abused join:2006-10-07 ·Bell Sympatico	Throttling services Hi, I wanted to know, does Rogers throttle affect SSH, VPN (maybe VPN for work) and such, as is reported with Bell's throttle? Has anyone here left Bell due to the throttle and went with Rogers and had a better experience with the throttle and the services you use (VPN or VOIP or SSH as examples)? Or are they both the same? ty.

Robrr join:2008-04-19 Guelph, ON ·Rogers Hi-Speed	Same issues just a different pile Rogers has had the throttling in effect long before Bell did and yes you will have the same issues as Bell as Rogers throttles all encrypted traffic.
