<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1401020"><b>Bell_Abused</b></A> : Hi,<br><br>I wanted to know, does Rogers throttle affect SSH, VPN (maybe VPN for work) and such, as is reported with Bell's throttle?<br><br>Has anyone here left Bell due to the throttle and went with Rogers and had a better experience with the throttle and the services you use (VPN or VOIP or SSH as examples)?<br><br>Or are they both the same?<br><br>ty.]]></description>
