Even in HD, they still have that weird separation of USA HD, TNT HD, TBS HD far from the similar channels ...
They should be in "close flip" proximity to A&E HD, SciFi HD, BravoHD ect ....
Yes, they put only 5 channels: USA, TNT, TBS, FX, Spike in the "Entertainment" group of 50 to 54 and Sci-FI, A&E, Comedy Central in the "Pop Culture" now starting at 180. Odd alignment. So USA is entertaining, but ABC Family is pop culture? The Sports, News, Info & Education, Home & Leisure, Marketplace groupings make sense, but not the separation of USA from Sci-FI or Comedy Central. Wonder if USA, TNT, TBS, FX, and Spike gave Verizon better terms to be featured at the start of the national channel line-up?

Indiana new lineup on June 30. Oregon on July 9
So any word if these people received any "notice" of channel re-alignment??
I've just checked the Message Center. Nothing about new/rearranged channels/new HD BUT there is a message about the new VOD website stuff...

Also checked channel 49 but nothing there other than the scrolling Weather HD ad...Where else should I check?

The advance notice requirement is typically 30 days, AFAIK, but this depends on the local franchise rules. Maybe the Fort Wayne franchise rules don't require 30 days. Or Verizon posted an announcement in the Saturday or Sunday paper in Ft. Wayne to meet the legal requirement, but no one who is a dslreports poster noticed it.

I got that message a couple of days ago about the new website. Assumed everyone else got it as well.

Local Plus stations are now at 460. Everyone will have to reconfigure their Favorites and get used to all new channel slots.

Yes, my favorites on the STBs, my media center guide, and all the other various online tv guides But it's so worth it

And yeah, it took me a while to spot the location of the Local Plus channels!

I don't see anything under the PDF channel lineups on the right side either. Are you looking at the same page Rattler and I are looking at?

»www22.verizon.com/content/fiostv···neup.htm

I've looked at the page in both Safari and Firefox and see nothing.

Neither do I. I wonder if they pulled them.

I still see them -- may be what server you are pulling from.

Just looked using Firefox and the PDF links are there - look under the set of PDF links for the current line-up for each market. Look at the last 2 PDF links starting with Fort Wayne IN effective 6/30.

From here, I still only see Feb 08 for both Oregon and Indiana...

The last two links I see are: Southern NJ and Washington Metro.

Doesn't exist on the page I am looking at. I did a search on the source code for the page and the word "effective" isn't there. Maybe kes601 is right about there being different versions of the page on different web servers.

Nary a link there after Washington Metro on mine. I tried both Firefox and IE-6. But, thanks to UofMiami for posting them.

Not sure if anyone picked this up but on the main channel lineup page it show a new package the HD EXPERIENCE package and also the PREMIER package. I think they plan on charging extra for the HD's like dish and dtv do. Any Ideas? »www22.verizon.com/content/fiostv···neup.htm
