4 edits | Comcast Video On Demand Frequency Change (limited areas) Comcast is changing the frequency it runs video-on-demand on in the following communities:
Tuesday June 3rd – Bristol, Farmington, Avon Canton, & Burlington
Wednesday June 4th - Berlin, Plainville & New Britain
This will only cause problems for people not using a cable box that have a QAM tuner. You will need to have the QAM tuner re-programed for the channels that may be affected by this. Typically the best way is to simply use the "auto-program" function in your TV.
