<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1548318"><b>BSD24</b></A> : Comcast is changing the frequency it runs video-on-demand on in the following communities:<br><br>Tuesday June 3rd &#150; Bristol, Farmington, Avon Canton, & Burlington<br>Wednesday June 4th - Berlin, Plainville & New Britain<br><br>This will only cause problems for people not using a cable box that have a QAM tuner.  You will need to have the QAM tuner re-programed for the channels that may be affected by this.  Typically the best way is to simply use the "auto-program" function in your TV.  <br><small>--<br>BSD</small>]]></description>
