Theoretical Maximum Speed

dwink9909 posted : Frontier increased the "maximum" theoretical speed in my area from 1MB/Sec to 3MB/Sec last month, but the definition - existing only in theory; hypothetical - is especially true in this case. Net latency is still terrible most days and the service is just not available part of every day. I believe I will cancel the service when my "contract" is up, and just drive to the library instead, for free cable wireless service.
