i.e. you use $114 of overage, you are billed $114 ... not 25 |

You would think that it would be the other way around that those who purchased it before get grandfathered and the new purchases get charged max of $25 |

The difference is the former has a big cap. The newer has a tiny cap. If you want to use more than the big cap, you'll pay for it. |
