[Thunderbird] Keeps asking for password

Ok so I put in the password and click on save to remember.. all will go well until a few weeks or days later a message will pop up telling me to enter in the password again anyone know how to stop this?

Send a dummy email to trigger the PM and reenter the info. Password may have been corrupted from an update. -- "We must look for consistency. Where there is a want of it we must suspect deception".

Subaru 1-3-2-4 Premium join:2001-05-31 Greenwich, CT	reply to Subaru ok this is odd now.. I can grab mail from gmail in thunderbird but if I try to send mail it asks for my password.

Once when sending and again when receiving email. Just click the box to have Tb Password manager remember them. -- "We must look for consistency. On occasion I have that issue with my ISP. Rare but it does happen. I do not change anything and let the ISP clear up the issue. -- "We must look for consistency.
