| Probably a good idea One of starbucks main issues to some people I know has been the lack of wifi. If Starbucks has it, they and people like them are more likely to hang around and buy more coffees. Also, Starbucks is everywhere. The little independent coffee shop with free wifi isn't. For people who travel, this is an important feature. Starbucks gets a steady revenue stream, important marketing information, and it costs them next to nothing. In actuality, you have to admit most people probably won't even end up using the wifi. |
