 | You are 100% right, we need no BS marketing. Corporate marketing forgets that the so called "bottom line" is not the profit line, but the customer itself. They realize this when demand diminishes and their profit tanks. At this time they also remember that their jobs in marketing is to market a product to the "customer base", not just selling ideas to their CEO's and company shareholders in order to keep them happy and thus keep their marketing jobs.
