Good Times!

Viva competition. I have and love T-Mobile, but I enjoy seeing all the mobile companies in the States fight with one another. The more fighting, the more features/cheaper prices we all see. Now to add a second unlimited line for my fiancee...

Yeah, until users are deemed burdon to the state by overusing their "capacity" (read: doing nohting wrong) and invisible caps will rear its ugly head.

This is "ok" for most people but this will just turn into another notch in the big co's belt in terms of what constitutes too much usage

ahh.. were being raped. who would want to pay $100.00 a month + taxes and fees? Especially in this economy?

Gas is at $4.00 a gallon jobs are being thrown to china and people don't have the money.

Just to let all of you know, there IS no competition in the phone industry. Look at the prices there almost the same!

The global elite will probably invade iran soon and then watch what happens to the price of fuel (you think the president controls the country.. think again)

No, I'm sorry, there is competition. Just because it's not lowering prices as much as you like doesn't mean that four (maybe five if you have Alltel) major providers and possibly regional or urban carriers isn't competition...

There are reasons for prices being what they are- infrastructure costs are high in wireless, especially since all carriers are beginning to embark on major network upgrades. And the price of gas hits cell-phone companies as well.

Hope they are planning for the influx of new customers. If not then I can see them scaling back on the Unlimited part so not to spend more money for upgrading to support all the blabermouths.

For someone who can actually USE tons and tons of minutes, this is a good deal. For everyone else, it is expensive.

I personally get along just fine with a 300 minute plan, so I would lose money if I switched to the unlimited plan.

But I have relatives who frequently run their bills up into the $200 range. They would benefit GREATLY from this.

No one is forcing you to ditch your limited minute plan to switch to this one, and that is the great thing about it.

Don't say bad things about the plan just because it doesn't fit YOUR needs, no one is forcing you to use it and it doesn't detract from your pre-existing options.

I began T-Mobile with a 300 or 500 minute plan years ago. Kept renewing it and the first time I went over I contacted them and asked if I could upgrade plans and they make it retroactive. They did so without hesitation saving me perhaps $150 on calls I made exceeding my plans limits. Did so again and upgraded to the 1000 minute plan with a similar phone call.

My advice is buy only what you anticipate needing, if you go over(and are willing to renew contracts) then contact them at that time and ask to be upgraded to a larger plan.
