Re: Verizon customer service STINKS Let's be fair here- that's Verizon's landline division, not for Cellco Partnership (d/b/a Verizon Wireless). As far as I know the customer service for the two are entirely separate organizations, even though one has management control over the other. |

| They are seperate and you are told this when you call. Especially when you call the Cellco Partnership side. They tell you right away when going to a Rep. That if you're calling for Verizon DSL, or Landline they are unable to help you as they are seperate. |

Completely separate customer service. Verizon Wireless customer service is all US-based. NO OVERSEAS CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.
