Re: Verizon customer service STINKS They are seperate and you are told this when you call. Especially when you call the Cellco Partnership side. They tell you right away when going to a Rep. That if you're calling for Verizon DSL, or Landline they are unable to help you as they are seperate. |

Completely separate customer service. Verizon Wireless customer service is all US-based. NO OVERSEAS CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER.
