Anyone else in 10461 Area have loss of signal

I live on Hobart between wilkinson and St Theresa. Around noon my wife calls to say signal is bad . I get home 3 hours later and there is high pixelation on all televisions. CV said its a signal issue they will send a tech tomorrow. My question is how can this happen? It was working fine for the past 2 weeks since it was installed.
