Rather it be Verizon that AT&T!!

I am on Alltel and am very happy with their services. LOVE the My Circle plan! Use up VERY little of my plan's minutes that way....

Back on topic, I MUCH rather have Verizon buy Alltel than AT&T. I hate AT&T with a purple passion on the way they have treated me in the past. Don't hear good things about Verizon's billing, though....

Verizon Wireless' billing is fine and pretty accurate. You may be confusing it with Verizon Communications' with their alleged FiOS billing issues.
