Fix for ugly DSL filter hanging in middle of wall?

marti : The phone-line plug in the kitchen came with a spot to hang a wall phone. For the past few months, the DSL filter is just hanging there in the middle of the wall, as the current phone is not on the wall, nor is the base unit "useable" with it on the wall. My DSL installation pack came with a filter for "install phone on the wall," but I have no idea where it is, or if I still have the device.

Is there a line RJ11 on one end and a female connector on the other that I can put on there. In other words, put a cord in wall, then connect the filter, then connect the phone? If such a connector exists, I can then hang a decorative textile or small wall quilt in the area to hide the plug.

Yes, I know I can purchase a filter for wall phone, but I am guessing that if the cord I want exists, it will cost a lot less.
--
Team Discovery
