I don't know of any areas where ATT roams on TM.

There are a few areas in southern Minnesota where my old AT&T phone would switch over to T-Mobile. Especially around the Rochester area.

There's T-Mobile (around 30.8 million customers, GSM, will cost them over $30-40 billion to buy), and Centennial (GSM, 1.1 million customers, cost around $1-1.2 billion to buy). The rest are minor regional carriers.
