Not many carriers left for them to Grab. They'll be paying TM though in some areas and TM them. Since they roam on each other.
I don't know of any areas where ATT roams on TM.

There are a few areas in southern Minnesota where my old AT&T phone would switch over to T-Mobile. Especially around the Rochester area.
