| Like it is going to work anyhow Russia thumbs its nose at us for the most part with all the scams that come out of their country. Nigeria still has a big business in trafficking of electronics bought with stolen credit cards and scams in general. China pirates software like there is no tomorrow. The list is endless.
So what happens when you go against the rules? Probably nothing.  |
