Verizon speed optimizer - how to revert?

Hi everyone,
Irritated by the slow speeds I was getting with my Verizon DSL, I decided to do some research to see if there was any changes I could make on my end (as their tech support is useless). I stumbled upon their online optimizer utility ( »www.verizon.net/speedoptimizer/ ) and foolishly used it without backing up my registry beforehand. I've found that my speeds are actually worse off than what they were before.

So my question is, how do I revert back to my older (presumably default) settings? I do not have system restore enabled, so that is out of the question. These are the settings that the optimizer claims to adjust:
TCP 1323 Extensions
TCP Receive Window
MTU (Maximum Transmission Units)

I am running Windows XP SP2 with a wifi connection to a wireless router.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
Andrew
