Daniel8802 : Yes!! I have figured it out :D. I was adding additional information that wasn't needed. My messages are being downloaded now.

My other question is this, but I'm not sure if its a possibility. Can I join the full domain (I have adding domain privileges on my network) by logging into the machine? I am not just sure how to do this since you have to restart to enable the feature and when you restart the VPN is closed. Any suggestions?

I thought it could have been a firewall issue blocking outlook, but I disabled and it was fine. Thanks again :)
