Where will it end?

You expect the WWW when you PAY for internet access. You also expect other perks like FTP (21) SMTP (25) and usenet (119). All this is going to do is give a big boost to independent companies like DSLExtreme.com If the large ISPs don't give what consumers want, they'll be plenty of smaller ISPs that will. The big companies will lose money as people begin to rely on smaller ISPs who aren't concerned about policing their systems.
