NYC's con-ed (electricity) approved a 15% rate hike.. AEP just got a 21% rate hike approved here.... due to the costs of burning Natural Gas and Oil.
New Nuclear Power-plant, anyone? And let's get some more incentives to home users for Solar/Wind/Water generation....
