I currently have the 8/2 tier and the caps are at 8800/2200.
I just rebooted my modem and with Dadkins help, I've confirmed I have the 8800/2200 upgrade with a minimum of 2 megs of upload. I powerboosted to like 4.5 upload.

Edit: I live in Houma, LA and the upload upgrade is here.
