It's the same offering as their $99.00 unlimited plan, but just 450 peak minutes. Helluva deal-blows away Verizon/ATT/T-Mobile offerings big time.

I do family share plan with parents. $65 per month plus $20 for two extra lines, 1100 minutes per month, extra $5 for unlimited mobile to mobile, and another $5 for unlimited weeknights starting at 7. Bill averages $115 for all three of us.
