When you're seeting this many corrected blocks there's definately an issue with your line. I was getting the same thing, and a tech came out and found a few nics in my phone line. He replaced it and my connection is stable as ever. I have virtually zero errors or corrected blocks now. I would have someone come out and look at your set up.
