talked to four people from both companies (2 each) and they disagree. but they do each tell me to call the other company
Earthlink Cable and VOIP over Brighthouse lines, Tampabay
this morning by 9am - left home and dont know anymore
however RoadRunners netstats say they are having an unplanned outage next Thursday the 12th, and Earthlink Cable on the netstats page says No Known Issues.
I *was* told to power cycle the modem, but that would be hard. i'm at work, where I have a phone. at home it's VOIP. (i refuse to sit on hold on my cell) |
