This is Jenni Moyer with Comcast, and I wanted to share some additional information about this. We have apologized to the customer and worked with her to address her concerns. We take our customers' privacy very seriously, and the people who were involved in this are no longer with Comcast.

This is Ninjatutle with Ninja News. How many employee's were involved in this mischief? Will you notify all customers who had their cheques handled from these employees, that their finical information might be compromised?

this is really bad i would take them to court over this thay posted routing # account info plus all the info needed to take some one identity 3 months should be like 3 years of free services i think this was way out of hand even her statement was posted im sure she can take care of the bank info change account info but as for the rest this is uncalled for she needs more then 3 months of services your employees treated her info like it was a joke.
