In one account, I am able to forward as attachment, just like in the past but the other does not allow me to do that, even as a setting under 'Options'. This bothered me to the point that I tried to email Yahoo about the changes. I did not get a response.

Perhaps the changes haven't affected my AT&T/Yahoo mail yet, or maybe the AT&T part makes a difference.
